COIM is an Italian company that has been developing and manufacturing speciality chemicals at its plant in Offanengo (CR) since 1962.

More than 50 years after its establishment, the Coim Group is an international company playing a leading role in the production of polyesters, polyols, polyurethanes (coatings, adhesives, sealants and elastomers) and special resins for the manufacture of composite materials and coatings.

Thanks to our global approach and local presence, we are able to guarantee top quality products all over the world. Each production plant is backward integrated with the company’s core technology of polyester polyols (which are sold directly to the market or used to develop downstream value-added polyurethane specialties and systems).

The continuous strengthening of this approach is also supported by training for all C.O.I.M. employees, with the aim of raising awareness of expected behaviors and promoting a corporate culture based on compliance with company rules and values.

This is achieved through training, awareness-raising, and promotion of the issue, with the active involvement of senior management.

With a view to continuous improvement, the C.O.I.M. Group has adopted an integrated reporting platform for the management of conflicts of interest, gifts, and entertainment.

This tool aims to raise awareness of expected behaviors and promote a corporate culture based on transparency and integrity, including through dedicated awareness-raising activities.
