ISOEXTER V - Polyol systems for rigid PU foams

Isoexter V series is based on fully formulated polyols for PUR and PIR systems to produce rigid foams for the various applications:

  • Continuous lamination
  • Discontinuous sandwich panels
  • Appliance
  • Blocks
  • Shutters
  • Spray.

According to the technology, the systems can be supplied at two components (polyol blend and isocyanate) or with catalyst package as separate stream.

By a proper selection of the Isoexter V, Pentanes, HFC 245fa, 365/227 and 134a can be used as blowers.
Isocom L (standard crude MDI) and Isocom M (high functionality MDI) are the two Isocyanates to be used in combination with Isoexter V.

According to the utilized grades, panels meeting the main required fire standards in the market are produced:
DIN 4102 (class B3, B2, B1),BS476, SBI European standard.

Every Isoexter V can be adapted via the necessary modification by Coim to the specific plant working condition of the customer.
