COIM s.p.a., parent company of a group, operates in the Chemical Speciality Industry particularly in polyurethane specialities. COIM s.p.a. has always paid attention to the respect and application of principles of correctness and loyalty, which are, without doubt, the key factors for the success of the business, setting apart the whole group’s business. This Ethical Code has been drawn up to ensure clarity and transparency which, not only through its principles and guidelines but also through its inspiration, guides the behaviour of COIM Group employees and all those who come into contact with the Companies.

COIM  S.p.a. would like this Ethical Code to stand as a fundamental part of the Corporate Compliance Model - it is also for this reason, while drawing up this Code, that consideration has also been given to Confindustria Guidelines which allow for the creation of a Corporate Compliance Model to be taken on board to prevent lawsuits, according to D.Lgs. 8 June 2001 n°231, and which concern control of the Companies’ managerial responsibilities.
